Located in Benson, home of the famous Kartchner Caverns State Park, just off I-10 down the street the iconic Arena Bar (be sure to check out their team roping and other events). Close to Walmart and other major retailers, restaurants, medical, and other services. Also, just minutes away from historic Tombstone. These are back-in spots with 50-amp electric service, water, and septic hookups. Spaces can accommodate rigs up to 48' in length. $250 per month, water and septic hook up included. ELECTRIC NOT INCLUDED. Pets are permitted; however, they must be properly cared for and not a nuisance. Owner pays for water and septic. Electric, trash, and internet (if desired) must be set up and covered by the tenant. Tenant is responsible for yard care and pest control.
