Your cozy efficiency suite is a fully furnished, self contained 850 sq ft area with a full private bathroom and view of the lake. It is attached to a 650 sq ft screened porch, two- car carport and a 2500 sq ft house. You have a private keyless entrance, with in unit washer/dryer. There is a queen bed, and a couch which folds into a queen size futon that can sleep two additional people. Your suite has a mini refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, induction burner, coffee maker, chairs and table to sit and enjoy your breakfast or dinner. There is a grill outdoor for cooking meats and a sink with hot/cold water for cleaning dishes. This suite has central AC/heat and a portable AC unit. Tile floors throughout. There are two fans. You have access to go out and sit on the deck or the dock and enjoy the lake. This is a 1.39 acre lush lakefront property with native flora & fauna. You have access to swim, canoe or ski in the lake. Relax and lounge in a chaise lounge in the backyard or in the porch. You may also enjoy watching the sunset while sitting out on the dock or canoeing on the lake. There are an abundance of butterflies, owls, hawks, egrets, cranes, hummingbirds and cardinals. Our home is on a cul de sac and very safe and quiet. You are 3/4 mile to shopping. This is a zen fully quiet, relaxing paradise, lushly landscaped with birds of paradise, orchids, lots of birds, butterfly's, hummingbirds, Cardinals, owls, and other magical wildlife. Your fully self-contained suite is attached to the main 3000 sq ft house. All utilities included with fast internet.
