This is a small apartment community near the Freeport and Lake Jackson TX plants. It is furnished and utilities, Direct tv, and Internet are all included. We do 1-2 month leases for $905. 3-5 month leases for $885 and 6-12 month leases for $855. Our tenants are mostly plant workers on temp assignment. We are both nicer than the local motels and less expensive than they are. This is a studio apartment. All utilities including Direct TV and Internet are included. The rent is $825 a month for 6-12 month leases, $885 for 1 or 2 month leases, or $855 for 3, 4, or 5 month leases. If you need more than 1 unit for your crew please let me know.
