Rent includes all utilities including water, trash, electric, and WIFI. Washer and dryer are also in the unit. Non refundable cleaning deposit $150 and $300 non refundable pet deposit. This is month to month lease. (could be extended if need be) All utilities included (if electricity bill is over $100 a month (usually it doesn't)then tenant is responsible to pay the difference)no smoking or parties allowed. Pets are welcome (deposit for a pet $300) There are 2 parking spaces in the back of the house. (extra parking can be arranged if needed for a small fee)
