There is a generously-sized walk-in closet that can accommodate your clothes and additional storage items. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a full-size linen closet. The studio receives plenty of natural light, and has a large bay window for plants or decorations. The unit shares walls with two other units, but it has been sound-proofed on both sides for noise reduction. The studio is located behind an electric gate for added security. The laundry area has a newer Samsung washer/dryer, but is shared with the main house. Owner pays all utilities. Gas, Electricity, Water, Trash and Internet. Tenant can bring their own router/modem for private internet. Pets are allowed but there is no yard access. There is a backyard, but property is located behind an automatic gate and dogs can escape. No smoking of tobacco products. $500 pet deposit for animals, but rent will stay the same
