The unit is a 1-bedroom, fully furnished condo with a comfortable queen size bed in the bedroom, a futon in the living room that opens up to a full size bed, and 2 small bunk beds in the hallway that are a perfect size for children or small teens. We are located on North Beach in Corpus Christi, walking distance to the beach & within 1 mile of several tourist attractions. It's a great location for both touring & relaxing! There is a strict HOA NO pets policy & NO smoking policy in & around the condo. Monthly rate is $1500 a month for only 2-persons. There is a $750 security deposit for long term stays & because the units are small, only 420 sq ft, the HOA allows no more than 2 adults per unit. The HOA also requires a background check for any adults staying 30 days or longer. Registration & parking pass required for your entire stay. A swipe card access key will be provided & used for condominium gated entrance & the beach gate entrance. Your registration & parking pass is good for up to #2 vehicles. HOA House rules: * NO smoking * NO pets * NO parties or events * NO renters under 25 years of age PLEASE NOTE: The Villa Del Sol condominium is an older complex & has been undergoing some cosmetic repairs & construction in certain outside areas of the complex, mostly on the ground level parking garage & another bldg, but thankfully our unit was not affected. There may be workers present but that would be normally during the daytime hours. ALSO NOTE: By renting, you are in agreement that any incidentals or damages can & will be charged to the original credit card on file.
