We are a short walk to various beaches, the shoreline, and American Bank Center Palo Alto Street Studio is located in the heart of downtown Corpus Christi. We are walkable to various restaurants/bars/cafes like Lucy's, Executive Surf Club, Dokyo Dauntaun, and more. We are walkable to the biking/running trail along the Seawall which would be perfect for sunrise or sunset bikes/walks/runs. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you'll need for your vacation or work trip to Corpus Christi. COMING SOON -Fully stocked coffee bar -Fully stocked linens & towels -Dedicated work space with desk, chair Sleeping Arrangements: -Full Size bed with night stand -Sleeper sofa converts to a twin size bed -Twin rollaway bed stowed in the closet -Closet space with ample storage room -Desk + chair for remote work set up *Sofa in living room is a click clack sofa and does fold down which provides sleeping arrangements for 1 guest during your stay Bathroom: -Shower only bathroom with fully stocked shampoo, conditioner, body wash -Bath towels, wash cloths, and hand towels PET POLICY - $30 daily pet fee per pet capped at maximum of $200 per pet to be paid prior to your stay via Airbnb resolution request - if not paid within 1 hour of booking - your stay will be cancelled - Maximum of either 1 large animal 50-75 lbs or two small animals under 40 lbs - All pets must be kenneled and house trained - All pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home - All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in our garbage receptacles outside of the home - All pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding and off sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed - All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injury caused by their animals - Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy & pet fees must be paid Laundry Space: The building does not have a laundry on site and the nearest laundromat is about a 10 minute drive - Ritter Laundry -We are located very close to a major highway and do have some foot traffic through the main road area. Also note we are in a developing and changing part of town and as such we are not suitable for travelers that are expecting high-end accommodations. We find our best guests who love the space are those who want to be within minutes to all of the best attractions in Corpus Christi while having a comfortable and cozy home to come to at the end of the day to prepare full kitchen meals and lounge after a long day watching any of our streaming TV services. -Pest Control is performed regularly at this unit and all others we manage and given our proximity to the coastal areas coupled with high humidity, there may be an occasional water bug, spider, mosquito, fly, cockroach, June bug, ants, and other pest that makes their way into the unit. Please notify us as quickly as possible so we can have our pest control team scheduled right away. Do note that this is part of life on the Texas Coast but we do our best to provide a pest free environment with regular and consistent service. All bills paid - month to month lease - credit & background check must be performed - pay stub verification - deposits for pets (max 2 pets)
