Located twenty minutes from the beautiful Ojai and a walkable distance to the beach, also located next to the bike path that goes to Santa Barbara or Ojai. Please let me know how many people the rental is for, if you have a pet and what your credit is like. I love animals but this property is not suitable for a large dog and while I would like good credit we could possibly work with you if it is not. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Renter has one off-street parking spot. This is a month-to-month rental agreement. Hoping for a long-term tenant!
