Our condo offers an open floor plan for you to always be one step away from lakeside and ocean views. Open the balcony sliders to hear the peaceful sounds of the ocean waves and wash all your worries away. A BONUS - you get 2 assigned parking spaces, one covered (under the building) and one closest to the unit. Easy access to your front door. Beach towels supplied with your stay so no need to pay extra rental fees . We also offer a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning/laundry supplies. GUEST ACCESS: There are elevators for your use and convenience during your stay. Plenty of guest parking, in addition to the 2 assigned parking spots you have. Guests get full access to the community amenities. Enjoy walks on the many paths around the well-manicured grounds or a game of tennis or pickleball. You can walk straight to the private beach with your night cap and take in the world renowned Sarasota sunsets and soft sands. Application Fee $75.00 per adult
