Waterfall Village is a beautifully maintained, quiet community. Convenient to downtown yet tucked away in nature. Yes, there is a historic waterfall on the property. Our apartments are generously sized. The bedrooms will hold a king size bed and all that goes with it. An oversize garage is included with all of our one bedroom apartments. We have a resident superintendent as well as maintenance staff. Outdoor amenities include a playground, basketball court and picnic tables with grills for a waterside picnic. Mail is delivered directly to your door. Individually controlled heat and air conditioning in each residence. We pride ourselves on our rapid snow removal. Here's what one of our residents has to say, "This place has been a nice little peaceful place to unwind after work. The grounds are beautiful and really well maintained with a really nice little waterfall in the back. It's quiet and peaceful, you really can't ask for more." And from another, "And as far as the actual apartment goes, it's really nice and spacious, also, the garage is huuuge which is a big plus. Overall, it's a great place in a great location."
