In unit washer/dryer make clean ups easy w/ families Welcome to our clean, & affordable condo at Habitat. This is unit 19, on the 2nd floor. There are 3 awesome features at these condos. 1.) Less than 1 block to the public beach access point 2.) Rather large pool area 3.) Community 2nd floor sundeck This condo is unique in that it has 2 levels inside which is nice for some kiddos to sleep downstairs slumber party style on airbed we provide, with adults upstairs. The one couch downstairs is a fold down futon that will easily sleep 2 small children. The kitchen & living room are on the first floor as well as a small patio while the 2nd floor has the 2 bedrooms, with an attached bathroom for each bedroom. The washer/dryer is also on the 2nd floor between the bedrooms. The kitchen has some updates and is fully equipped with dishes, cooking pots/pans/etc. The breakfast bar opens to the fairly spacious living room for socializing while cooking. This complex provides 1 off street parking space per condo which can be a tad tight. Less than 1 block away is City Street (free) parking or you can always park about 6 blocks away free at the Post Office as it is well lit and police patrolled (no towing). If you are looking for an affordable condo, and likely realize you won't be in the condo that much as you are here for the beach, this is a great choice. This condo is professionally managed with nice housekeeping and while dated inside, it is clean. This condo is likely not for you if you are looking for flawless, updated features and fine linens & soaps - this would be a pass for you. We do not want to oversell it. It is simple, basic, condo that sleeps alot of people. Included in rent: 1 parking space dedicated Water/Sewer/Trash/Wifi & internet Electric is NOT included Fully furnished We allow up to 2 pets maximum no more. This is per HOA rules. If you have more you will be evicted. Additional damage deposit of $500 per pet is required prior to move. At move, first months rent, damage deposit required no exceptions. We will run a background check on you for evictions if you have them this is not a fit we will not rent. Rent can be 30 days month to month, or 6 months/12 month lease options. A maximum of 5 people including children or infants are allowed or included at this price. :Pets must be leashed at all time. Loud music is never allowed. Property quiet time is 10 pm to 8 am. Violations of this policy, over occupancy, or hosting of parties will result in immediate eviction. Inside the condo smoking is not allowed. If violated you will forfeit your entire damage deposit A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, dog or cat. Dogs may not be left alone to bark & if this policy is violated we must evict.
