A private bathroom offers walk-in shower surround with glass doors and plenty of storage to make yourself feel at home. There's a large bedroom area with closet, drawers, and cozy linens. A private rear yard sitting area is separate from the larger lot of the home to enjoy mornings having a cup of coffee in privacy. This casita also has it's own private washer and dryer, and a separate exterior exit. This Winchester location sits right on the borders of Murrieta and Menifee. Perfect for traveling professionals and close proximity to local shopping, hospitals, and more. There is a $300.00 non-refundable cleaning fee collected at move in.
