Any missing garage remote or gym pass will incur a $100 fee, withheld from the security deposit. $250 one time cleaning fee. Renter is responsible to maintain and clean until while leased. $1000 security deposit is required 3 days after rental agreement is signed. Rent for full term of lease is due 10 days after rental agreement is signed. If full lease amount is not received within 10 days of rental agreement being signed, security and cleaning deposited is forfeited.
