The main bedroom features a queen bed, and the 2nd bedroom features a full bed and a fold-out futon. You are located next to the community pool with hot tub. The home is in Desert Falls, one of desert's leading gated country clubs with tennis courts and a golf course. The unit has a fenced-in courtyard, and the back patio overlooks the lake with a great view. You have easy access to the freeway and are within walking distance to a grocery store, several restaurants, coffee shop, and a Coachella Festival and Stagecoach shuttle stop. You are a short car ride from dining, casinos, live entertainment, shopping, the new Acrisure Arena, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, hiking and much more. Downtown Palm Springs is a short 20-minute drive and the El Paseo Shopping district is a quick 12-minute drive. At least a one (1) month lease term, but long-term considered. No smoking inside the house permitted. Pets are allowed for an extra $100 per month. Internet and cable are included. Water, gas, and electric are paid by owner for the first $200 per month. Renter responsible for anything above the $200 threshold.
