Quiet, peaceful, and yet not too secluded, this home is just 2 minutes away from the Joshua Tree cafes, stores, restaurants, etc., and 10 minutes away from grocery stores such as Vons, Super Walmart, etc. This Joshua Tree home offers a homey space to unwind and recharge. Just a short 15-minute drive to the renowned Joshua Tree National Park, adventure and exploration awaits you... Inside, you'll find a well-equipped, newly-remodeled kitchenette making meal prep a snap, all new appliances like hot plate, toaster oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, utensils, bowls/plates, etc. There's also a full bathroom with a window for natural light. The memory foam queen bed ensures a restful night's sleep. If work calls during your stay, the dedicated work-from-home desk offers a bright, inspiring workspace with views of the spacious backyard. The covered patio has string lights, fire pit, making it a cozy space to star gaze and have quiet reflective moments. To ensure optimal comfort throughout your visit, the home features an A/C wall unit, and humidifier for temperature & air quality control. Outdoor shared areas include a stationary bike for cardio workouts, fire pit for making s'mores under the stars, picnic table for al fresca dining, and tea table. - No smoking, no pets, no parties, no commercial photography/filming. - Quiet hours 10PM - 6AM - Maximum capacity 2 people - Please don't flush anything besides toilet paper-- we're on septic tank. - Broken furniture will be guest's responsibility to pay for replacement and labor costs to assemble. - Any repairs needed, first $300 per repair will be paid by tenant - Laundromat is 0.8 miles away, open daily. - Utilities over $150: the difference will be paid by tenant - Deposit $2,000 and must do credit and background check with renter's insurance - FICO 700+ preferred - backyard and driveway is shared with front house
