We are a small and quiet apartment complex just up the hill from Mission Bay and close to freeway access. We are walking distance to shopping, great food (great new restaurants within easy walking distance), schools and hiking trails. Enjoy our swimming pool and BBQ grills, as well as our on-site laundry room. For your convenience, we have an elevator in each of our buildings. We are also pet friendly (pet deposit but no pet rent), with certain restrictions (please ask). Optional assigned parking spot inside the complex is $50/month and/or enclosed garage for $125/month. Otherwise, there is street parking. Security deposit is typically equal to one month of rent. We pay for your water, trash, recycling and sewage.
