AVAILABLE OCTOBER 1, 2023: Newly renovated studio for rent located on the west side of Federal Highway in the City of Lake Worth Beach. The studio has a brand new kitchenette, new vinyl plank flooring, & new LED high hats. Remodeled bathroom with brand new toilet and bathroom vanity. It has central A/C + window unit, and new vinyl plank flooring. The building has 24/7 video surveillance, we are pet friendly, and is in a safe and quiet neighborhood right near the ocean! This is a 12-month lease, with the option to go on month-to-month once the lease expires. We collect rent through our property management software called Buildium. All payments must be digital, and must be made on the 1st of every month. Tenants are responsible for their own utilities, which is through City of Lake Worth Beach. It runs no more than $100 if you are careful and make sure everything is off when you leave the room. This property is family owned and operated. Our handymen are on call and take care of any and all maintenance requests. We take care of the extermination and air filters for the AC. Small/quiet pets are allowed, but no smoking inside the units. After we review and process your application, my son Harris who is the owner/property manager will reach out to set up a showing. Please be patient with us as we review your application. As a reminder, to move in we get First month's rent ($1,350) + Final Months rent ($1,350) + Security ($1,350) = $4,050 total for move in. As long as nothing is damaged at the end of the lease, we will return the security deposit of course.
