This offering is for a 3-6 month seasonal rental anytime between November -May . Must be minimum 3 months per HOA rules. Reservation fees required are as follows: $1000.00 security deposit, $100.00 non-refundable processing fee for HOA, $125.00 non-refundable cleaning fee, and advance rent payment of $1000.00, totaling $2225.00. Balance of lease is due 60 days prior to seasonal occupancy, or monthly for yearly lease. All rentals are subject to state and local sales taxes, and hotel taxes for leases less than 6 months. A $3.00 per day ($5.00 for June, July and August) electric fee for the term of the lease will be deducted from tenant's security deposit. Telephone service is not provided by the owner.
