This is a one bedroom apartment located in beautiful Glenwood. It is right above my house on the second floor, and yes, you do have your own entrance. It is centrally located nearing an array of restaurants, Millcreek Mall, grocery stores, hospitals, the Erie Zoo, and it is a very short walk to the JC Martin Golf Course. It is ideal for a single person, young couple (not ideal for families), resident/intern or student. The apartment is unfurnished. It comes with a refrigerator, stove, bathroom, dishwasher, and plenty of storage space. Electric heating. No central air. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Water, electric, sewage, trash, gas, WiFi are all included in the rent. You will be responsible for the snow removal off your porch and steps down the path to the sidewalk. Plenty of street parking. No smoking inside the apartment. Your furbabies are welcome! I do have to meet them first. There will be a refundable $500 pet deposit if there are no pet related damages, and a monthly $25 pet fee per pet. First month and security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is due at signing.
