Freshly painted, new flooring throughout. One covered parking space with one additional uncovered parking space. No Smoking. Cats and small dogs (up to 30 lbs.) allowed for additional rent of $50/month per cat and $100/month per dog. Additional deposit for cats $100. Additional deposit for dogs $200. Tenant pays electric and gas. Our rental criteria is that the tenant earns 3X the amount of rent per month (at least $4200) Income verification required. Credit/background check required. Prospective tenant is required to pay any credit and background check fees. Parking in designated spaces only. One covered and one uncovered. Only passenger vehicles in working order and currently registered in Tenant's name are allowed. Lease term is for 12 months and will automatically renew to another 12 month term unless written notice of change to month to month or termination is given by either party at least 30 days before end of lease term. Smoke/CO detectors have new batteries. Light bulbs are in working order. It is the tenant's responsibility to maintain hereafter. Renter's Insurance required and is the renters responsibility to purchase.
