Located inside Avalon Clothing-Optional Resort, this unit is freshly remodeled and unfurnished. Additional fees apply if you are wanting to use the amenities of the nudist resort, and you must follow the rules of the association, which, as a nudist resort, are a little different than standard associations. It's a nice unit, a little basic with heat and AC provided by wall units. One bedroom, one bath with large outside deck. Although you can of course have some stuff on your deck, no outside storage of items is available. No pets allowed. It shares walls with other occupied units, so prospective tenants must be quiet and respectful. Please note, the pictures are from when we used to rent it as a furnished unit, now it is unfurnished, bring your own stuff!! Minimum 1 year lease. We collect first, last and deposit to move in, so that's $2550 all together. Tenant pays for electric and internet, water is included. We do charge a $50 per adult application fee. This is to cover the cost of the credit and background screening. Please Note: we will not accept tenants unless they have solid income, good rental history, personal/professional references and decent credit.
