Robins Roost Cabins is a 3.5 acre vacation rental property just two miles outside of Hill City and is a short 25 minute drive to Rapid City via Hwy16. During the summer we offer a combination of cabins and condos for vacationers but in the winter we have a few units that we lease monthly. We have a 1 bedroom, 1 bath cabin available if your looking for something a little more cozy. This cabin is furnished and includes water, garbage, satellite internet, and Dish TV. Electricity is the responsibility of the tenant. Hill City has two laundromats for your convenience. The cabin has a fire pit, charcoal grill, and a picnic table. If you enjoy the outdoors there are plenty of opportunities to get out and have fun. Trails for hiking and biking are easily accessed as well as local lakes for fishing. Come enjoy living in the Hills this winter at Robins Roost Cabins. Tenant is responsible for the electric. The water, garbage, satellite internet, and Dish TV are included. No pets allowed. No smoking in or near the units is allowed. Upon application approval the first months rent and the deposit of one months rent is due.
