2 bedroom duplex. Both bedrooms are on the second floor. One bedroom has a walk-in closet, the other has two closets. Stove and fridge in a decent sized kitchen, room for a table with 4 chairs. Bath has full tub with shower. Basement with washer and dryer. Back deck and front covered porch. We do snow removal on the public walk and mow the yard, you would need to do snow removal on your private sidewalk and steps. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Pet deposit additional $500 plus $25 per animal monthly added to your rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent.
