Have access to the basement, and a nice front porch. There is a super and crew available to fix any problems you might have. The lease is month to month only with the understanding that it automatically renews each month and we hope that you will be happy and stay long term, but you are not obligated by a year lease. No Smoking allowed. Drinking or drugs. No loud music, parties etc. This is not that kind of place. Owner pays water and sewer. This is a small building which requires some tenant help with garbage, keeping things tidy and neat. Parking: one spot in the driveway and on-street easy to find and never a problem.
