This is a charming one-bedroom apartment in the lower part of a lovely house. It has a large deck with stairs and access to the backyard, and a sliding glass door that looks onto the woodsy back yard. All utilities are included! It has hardwood floors. The outside deck has a ceiling on the "roof," which is actually the ceiling of the deck above, so you can effectively sit out there during the rainy season. It has a separate entrance to the apartment so you can come and go without disturbing or being disturbed by the inhabitants of the main house. Gardeners welcome!
