Only available from Nov 1, 2023 - May 31, 2024 No smoking property. Owner pays for water. Tenant reimburses owner for Electricity, Gas, and Internet on a monthly basis. Snow plowing and garbage removal is included. Tenant is responsible for clearing snow and ice from stairs and walkways. Parking is limited to two cars in driveway only. No parking on grass.
