We dont require or use a standard rental App. Move in will be the first month's rent and security deposit. Security deposit will be based on your credit history and if you want us to supply a stove and fridge. If your credit and work history is excellent, your deposit could be as low as $900. In some cases we will allow a portion of the security deposit to be paid in installments or by hold check, if necessary. We have managed the property for about 7 years now, and made dramatic improvements in residents, the apartments themselves, upgrading electric, plumbing, replacing doors and windows, etc. We still have a ways to go and it is now a nice place with very nice people. The residents are a close knit group of good people who look out for each other. If you want to reserve the apartment, we will ask you for a deposit to hold the apartment and commit that you are taking it, and we will commit not to rent it to anyone else. Whomever provides us with acceptable credit information necessary and a deposit first will be the one to get the apartment.
