Rent a floor to your self! Now Pre-leasing for the 2024-2025 School year! - This townhome is laid out like two apartments, with a balcony on each floor! Each floor has a living room, wet bar/kitchenette, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. The laundry area and main kitchen are shared between the two floors, plus there is a storage shed, for all your extra items! Each floor rents for $1000 with one month's rent security deposit. This Townhome is furnished and includes electricity and water with generous caps. We are pet-friendly however, we cannot take aggressive breeds or dogs under 1 year of age. Our list of aggressive breeds is available on the first page of our online application. We charge a refundable one-time pet deposit of $500. Please contact us if you have more than 1 pet before applying. The application process consists of reviewing your income source and calculating your debt-to-income ratio (Rent plus monthly payments per your credit report divided by your income). We will also contact your previous rental reference, screen your credit, and review criminal and eviction records. For those renting from a private landlord, a copy of your lease will be required.
