It is totally private, with its own entrance. This bright, airy one bedroom, one bath, full kitchen unit, is fully furnished with linens and cooking utensils, you only need your personal items. It is on a main road and just 1 , 1/2 miles off #211, which is directly out of Warrenton, ( which connects to #29, and on to #66 and Washington DC.) Many local residents work in DC and make the commute daily. All UTILITIES INCLUDED which includes INTERNET. Heating/cooling is individually controlled. We ask no pets because we have a lot of animals on property and any extra may cause problems! No smoking indoors. (There is a private deck!), Parking is adjacent to the unit. Rent is $1,200 per month, with a deposit of $1,200, due at move in. Minimum of 6 month lease, but longer lease available. One person only.
