Private newly renovated, fully furnished one bed, one bathroom cottage remodeled and completed in 2022. Cottage is behind the main house with own private entrance and yard. We are centrally located in Florence, a nice bike ride away to the ocean, dunes, jetti and Old Town with great local restaurants and hospitality. Several lakes are nearby just south and north of our location. Two wonderful public golf courses are just minutes away by car and the world famous Bandon Dunes Golf Resort is an eighty minute drive down the coast if golf is your pleasure. We are located a couple blocks from the local Safeway store and about a mile from the larger Fred Meyer location. We are in a safe neighborhood on a private road that ends, no through traffic. Cottage is fully furnished with new furniture; a Queen bed, dresser and night stand, a couch in living room with new LED Tv. All new kitchen appliances and dining table. In unit Washer/Dryer with an AC/Heat/Air Purifier unit installed. Equipped with a microwave and Keurig coffee maker. A beautifully tiled, easy step in shower. We are a five minute drive from Peace Health Medical Center, perfectly suited for traveling nurses looking for long term month to month rental. A parking spot is available. Must see to appreciate. Credit and background checks on all potential tenants. Proof of income is required. Criminal and eviction screenings are looked at. 6 month lease agreement. A month to month rental agreement is an option with 30 day notice to terminate lease per request prior to signing the 6 month lease. Base security deposit does not include additional security required for pets. First month rent and Deposit(s) are due before you receive keys and code to door. Utilities, gas and water are fixed costs in rent including garbage. My mom and caretaker/handyman Greg live in the main house, she is the Property Manager and has two small friendly dogs. No smoking or drug use on premise. The garage is not included, but one parking space in the driveway is available for tenant(s). No additional parking on our small private road is available. Private front door access to cottage through closed gate. There is an emergency back door exit through kitchen not be used unless an emergency permits. This door leads into property manager backyard and walkway, door remains locked unless an emergency. Tenant is expected to maintain private side entrance and private backyard area. Smaller dogs 25 lbs and under are welcome. No large dogs allowed. Must maintain and dispose of your pets waste on grounds. Infants/small children not allowed on property. No parties, please respect the neighbors.
