Boulder Pointe Apartments has a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom for $1945/ monthly on the ground floor. We are a smoke free community and offer stackable washer & dryer in unit, A/C in unit, 1 covered carport spot, and extra closet storage is included on patio/ balcony. Pet policy: 2 limit per apartment, 30 lbs. at max maturity per pet $400 per pet deposit, $20 month pet rent (per pet) Dogs allowed in ground floor units ONLY Caged animals: No fees, must be pre-approved Note: All pets must be pre-approved by management Please let me know if you have additional questions.
