This open concept 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath townhome is conveniently located at the north end of Central Washington University. As you walk into the home, you are welcomed by a spacious entry. The full kitchen looks over the living / dining room featuring a sliding glass door overlooking the private patio/ back yard. At the top of the spacious, wrapping staircase are the two bedrooms with a shared bath in the hall. The Primary Suite boasts it's own private bathroom and great closet space. Some homes are available for self showings, while others will require a guided tour. RESPONSE TIME: We will answer all leads in the order received, and we do our best to respond within one business day. We respond to ALL inquiries. Applications are $50 per adult over the age of 18. Each person must fill out a separate application; there are no joint applications for married persons or co-signers.
