This is the second story in my home which I spent 18 months renovating. The original second story addition where you'll be staying was done sometime in the 50s or 60s. During my renovation, I kept the vintage charm while completely re-insulating, repainting, reflooring, and adding a new high-efficiency HVAC system for total comfort year-round. I couldn't be happier with the space and I hope you are, too!! The apartment is totally private and separate from the main house with its own exterior staircase, entrance, and HVAC system. I use 100% cotton bedding and towels, washed in Eco-friendly detergent with no perfumes. The cleaning service also uses all-natural Eco-friendly products! **The stairs are a bit narrow at one point, so please keep that in mind. This hasn't been a problem for anyone yet, but if you have mobility issues please contact me prior to booking.** Standard lease. Internet included. Up to $100/mo utilities included (it's always less than that).
