LEASE TAKEOVER ASAP at Vista Cameron Harbor apartments. You would be taking over my lease until the middle of July 2024, and would be able to renew next year (this is the harper layout, reference the vista cameron harbor website.) 1 bedroom 1 bath right off of Riverfront Parkway in downtown Chattanooga. The price tag does not include utility billing fee, trash charges, building protection fee, pest control, and sewer and water charges. The sewer and water charges are variable due to the amount used. The utility billing, trash charges, building protection, and pest control fees add up to $30. The unit has a washer and dryer hook ups, but you can also pay $50 a month to rent from the property management company which I do. I am willing to move out ASAP.
