The location boasts: - across the street from St. Luke's Chapel - across the street from the Medical University of SC - 6 blocks to King Street - 15 minutes to airport and local beaches "The Beehive" is a single unit in a two-story Charleston Single home within the historic district of downtown Charleston. This home is ideal for groups up to 8 guests. Each large bedroom features a Smart HDTV and Amazon Echo Dots and top-tier internet for your entertainment pleasure. Located on Bee Street, you are within walking distance of numerous restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops and attractions. One block away are bike rentals on the MUSC campus as well as the hospital's food court/trucks. The Beehive features an open floor plan with a living room that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it suitable for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. I'd recommend hiring a private chef while you're here! A fully equipped kitchen with all of the requisite cookware and serving utensils is provided. The waterfall island comfortably seats 8. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and tiled shower. The guest bedroom provides two queen beds and the sofa turns into a queen sleeper. The main bath features a tub that is perfect for littles. The home is across the street from St. Luke's Chapel and MUSC's Urban Garden. It is closer than the parking garages to MUSC. There are food trucks 5 days/week just a few steps away from the front door. This rental is perfect for an extended stay at MUSC or a bridal party turned honeymoon in Charleston! Come stay with us! Property is available from December 12-Jan 31. Owner pays for water, electrical and internet (smart TVs with streaming provided). Must sign 30 day lease (some additional restrictions apply for early termination but completely allowed). Security deposit is fully refundable, payable up-front, and there is a $150 pet deposit. Parking is included within two assigned parking spaces in a well-lit, safe lot behind the building. No smoking.
