This is a Short Term Rental that is a fully furnished home with everything you will need to live very comfortably. This apartment is the entire main floor of the house. Main larger bedroom has a queen sized memory foam mattress with quality linens, and pillows. TV located in main bedroom with Roku , a large closet located in this bedroom and has black out curtains for your sleeping convenience. Second smaller bedroom has a Full sized memory foam mattress with quality linens and pillows. Good sized closet, and desk area for your computer/work needs. Also equipped with black out curtains. Large bathroom contains a walk in shower, vanity and laundry room area with full sized washer and dryer. The living room and kitchen area are open concept, with large windows overlooking the water. Very comfortable leather furniture and large T.V. with Roku device for your streaming needs. The kitchen has all the amenities you will ever need to do your cooking while on your stay. All full sized appliances and items you will want for a home away from home experience. Come with the clothes on your back, and your favorite items and set up like you have lived here forever. I live on site as well, so anything you need or want, or any issues are quickly taken care of. This is a short/mid term rental specially set up to cater to traveling professionals or for (2 adult tenants maximum only). Minimum of 3 months (possibly negotiable) Maximum 6 months. $600.00 Security deposit (refundable if conditions are met) $150.00 one time cleaning fee (non-refundable) All utilities are included (heat, electricity, propane, Wi-Fi). Plowing is included, keeping basic walkway cleared is renters responsibility,as well as clearing of your personal vehicle. Smoking/vaping is not permitted in this home. Paved on-site parking located right at the house. No pets allowed.
