Each unit has its own thermostat and tenant controls their own heat. There is an intercom system to buzz in guests. Coin-operated laundry facilities located in the basement and a dumpster for trash. (You do not have to purchase city garbage bags). Parking for one vehicle is included in the rent. Each additional vehicle is charged $50 per month. Up to 2 Cats are welcome with a pet fee of $50 per per cat. Sorry, we do not allow dogs of any size. We are currently offering 1 year leases for individuals who qualify. Net monthly income must be 2.5X the rent to qualify. Application, landlord references, background check, security deposit, good credit and lease are required. Non-smokers preferred.
