Total monthly household income must be a minimum 3x monthly rent. Each adult (18 years or older) who appear on the lease must make at least 1.5 x monthly rent per month and Income must be properly documented to clearly show the date received, rate of pay, number of hours worked, and total pay for the pay period. Income that is not properly documented will not be accepted. Applicants must have prior rental experience documented with the name and phone number of the landlord. Applicants must not have recent evictions or arrears from previous landlords. Applicants must have a minimum credit score of 600 A background and credit check will be run on ALL applicants. All applicants must submit a complete application. Missing documents will not be counted and result in an incomplete application.
