There is one bus line with a stop about a block east with direct connection to Metrolink, the city's regional rail system. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises. There is an additional fee of $9.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to personal possessions.
