This is a two bedroom, two bathroom newly remodeled mobile home. This is for rent at this time, with the possibility to purchase the home. Lease is month to month, tenant pays all utilities and must have them put into their own name. We require first months rent, last months rent and deposit to move in. The home does have a stove and refrigerator, but they were not in the home when the photos were taken. We are only showing homes once an application has been submitted. We have a strict "no pay, no stay" policy and are looking for tenants who are able to live quietly and pay their rent on time. Lease is month to month with an auto renewal monthly. The only way a lease can be terminated by either party is with a 30 day notice.
