This is a clean tiny home with an upadted kitchen and bathroom. The home has a new very quiet split system unit providing heating and air conditioning. There is a shared large yard and a large personal parking area. The house is located about 2 miles from the local grocery store and about 1 mile from the nearest restaurant and coffee shop. The landlord does not live on-site. Absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed, this includes vaping, e-cigarettes, pipes, bongs, dabbing, etc. You get the picture, No Smoking.
