The space is a 1500sq/ft walk-out, finished basement apartment in our home in a beautiful neighborhood with private security. Parks are within walking distance. We have beautiful views of the city and Blodgett Peak. Close to the Air Force Academy. It comes fully furnished. In addition to neighborhood security, we have a security system. We have an in-home theater that we consider a common area but is free for our tenant to use any time outside of quiet hours. We recently installed a state-of-art filtration system to prevent the spread of viruses and allergens through the vents. The space does not have a full kitchen so someone who likes to cook every day would not be a good fit. There are some dishes provided and some use of the kitchen upstairs is allotted in order to use the dishwasher and sink. Utilities included in the rent. Please message me first to come see the apartment and interview with me before filling out an application. Character references required. We start with a six month lease, but can go month-to-month after that. We accept Venmo, cash, or check. Maximum number of occupants is two adults. No smoking, no use of drugs, no strong fragrances. The owners have serious health issues with fragrances, especially dryer sheets and scented laundry detergent. No perfume, air fresheners, scented candles, or incense. There is no stove or kitchen sink and open cooking is not permitted in the unit. A microwave, toaster oven, and a mid-sized refrigerator are provided. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. We have a small parking pad that can accommodate a compact car or small SUV.
