All our apartments have fenced backyards with washer/dryer hook up. We pay all water, sewer, garbage and gas (PG&E). You'll only need to pay for your electric (MID). Very quiet property, no dogs allowed. Two vehicles allowed per apartment. We are very close to shopping, library & schools. Johansen/Empire school district. School buses stop out front complex. Free lunch truck weekdays at noon at both ends of our street, very convenient. Manager lives on site. We have a total of 24 units on the property. Our gardeners take care of the grounds, mowing, etc. You'll need to do your own backyard. We love green thumbs! If you appreciate a backyard, this is perfect for you. We are right next to an orchard. office is open Mon-Friday 9am-3pm Owner pays for all water, sewer, garbage and gas! Our lease is month to month. Manager on site. Our property is 3 miles east of Modesto in what I like to refer to as the easy going & quiet country! Your mail will be conveniently delivered to your P.O. Box just down the block at the Empire Post Office, free of charge with your new lease. Unfortunately, we do not allow dogs.... Plenty of parking for two vehicles per apartment. We are privately owned & managed. Feel free to make your backyard your paradise, plant flowers and bbq! Word of advice: we are currently experiencing 'mosquitoes', you'll need to have your Off spray readily available, until this season passes. We are right next to an orchard.
