It is convenient to the space center, port and just a short walk to the beach (3 minutes ETA by maps google). Landlord pays for water, tenant pays for power and any other services such as internet. Building has scheduled pest control and maintenance. Backyard is large, private and tenant's responsibility to maintain. There's an added cost if tenant desires lawn service for private backyard. 1st & last month's rent and 1 month's security required. NO SMOKING. Non-refundable $45 criminal/credit check per adult. NO PROTECTIVE BREEDS ALLOWED OR MIXES OF SUCH. ALL AND ANY animals must be pre-approved by landlord in writing. All tenants are required to maintain renter's insurance and name the Landlord as an "interested party" on the policy. If animal is on property then renter policy must cover animal liability.
