It is only a 1 mile walk to the beautiful sandy beaches at Vanderbilt Beach, Naples, Florida. The open floor plan, end unit condo is located on the top (second) floor. It sleeps 6 people, has two full bathrooms and a beautiful screened in lanai that is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful sunset and overlooking the fountain and pond. The home contains a full sized washer and dryer, dishwasher, and all other other comforts of home. The unit also includes a covered carport for your car and bikes and additional on-site parking. Beachwalk is the perfect place to enjoy a nice morning or evening stroll through the winding streets amongst the lush tropical greenery. Or you can take a walk to the beach, or jump on one of the two bikes and head to the beach. The community has two heated swimming pools, a hot tub, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, an active community center, and a workout room. Not to mention, the Pelican Bay Community Park is directly across the street where you can enjoy a nice stroll around the park or join in on some pickleball or tennis. Numerous restaurants and grocery stores to enjoy in the nearby area. Mercato is located less than a half away and it is a must go destination for dining, coffee and nightlife. The perfect place to go after a day at the beach! Publix is also only 0.4 miles away. The exciting vibe of Naples' 5th Avenue is also a 15 minute drive south and can be a fun place to go out to dinner, watch the fancy cars drive by or enjoy a morning of selecting farm fresh produce at the Farmer's Market. - The Florida Everglades are 1 hour away which makes for a fun day trip to see all the wildlife that the Everglades have to offer. - Located 35 minutes from Fort Myers International Airport. - Vanderbilt Beach is 1 mile away and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park is located 2.4 miles to the north which is a nice place to spend the day.
