Bedroom 2: Queen bed with cable TV, closet, dresser & shared access to the full hall bathroom. Enjoy amenities like cable TV, central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, oven, and stove. And don't forget the beautiful private balcony where you can soak in the sunset. How to Access: Stairs or elevator. NEIGHBORHOOD: This home is located just a 5-10 minuted drive away from all the action of downtown Key West - including the World Famous Duval Street, its vibrant restaurants, art galleries and nightlife. Downtown you can also find the Sunset Celebration at Mallory Square, and the Historic Seaport where you can do water adventures. It is also located just a short drive away from the nightly Sunset Celebration and entertainment at Mallory Square. Other things to note - This unit is not pet friendly. - There is 1 parking spot available per apartment. However, the spots are not marked. They are available on a first-come first-serve basis so we can not guarantee close proximity to your unit. PLEASE NOTE: No application or security deposit is required. Full payment via credit or debit card is required, however, some rental periods may be subject to a payment plan upon request. General Policies: - Renters will not receive any refund or reimbursement within 60 days of arrival. Outside of 60 days renters can receive a full refund. Renters must provide a written request.
