The living room has an abundance of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bedroom is located in the back of the unit and is a good size too! Included: heat & hot water, lawn care, snow plowing, trash/recycling, composting, water/sewer. Resident responsible for: electric (GMP) and cable/wifi (if desired) No Smoking. No pets. Off-street parking for 1 car. Rental Criteria: $25 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner) Rental history (or a cosigner) 1 year lease required. Application Process: We always recommend viewing the property before putting in a rental application (but it's up to you)! Our application is located right on our website- just simply click "apply now" next to whatever unit you are interested in! Everyone over the age of 18 will need to apply. You only need to apply once and it is good for any of our units! The application takes about 2-3 days to process when all information is provided. If your application is approved, it can be applied to any available rental that could work for you. Leases are sent and signed electronically - security deposit due upon signing.
