This rental is a 1500 ft downstairs apartment space that is part of our home, but with its own private side entrance. Price includes all utilities and indoor parking! You will have one parking space (and a garage door opener) in our 3-car garage. The parking space is bordered by a row of tall, indoor closed cabinets, giving you an amazing amount of storage room. The apartment is beautifully finished with keyless entry, high-end cabinets in the kitchen, upgraded appliances (e.g., Bosch dishwasher, Whirlpool washer and dryer in the laundry room), Italian tile flooring and granite counters in the kitchen. High-end paints and Italian plaster decorate the apartment. Central heating/air conditioning is regulated by it's own zone control. Polyurethane foam soundproofing and rockwool insulation in the ceiling joists provides exceptional quietness from the upstairs areas compared to most basement apartments. We're looking for a renter/renters who will help us keep the home a restful and quiet place to live.
