You can easily check your credit score for free on websites like Credit Karma. Your monthly household income has to be at least 3 times the rent (not per person). No pets Move-in costs: First month rent + security deposit. The security deposit is the same amount as one month of rent. If you meet these pre-qualifications, we can schedule a tour. After touring, you can submit an application. Each adult who wants to live there must complete an application. The application fee is $30 per adult. We may reject your application based on any of the following: Information contained in a consumer report The consumer credit report did not contain sufficient information Information received from previous rental history or reference Information received in a criminal record Information received in a civil record Information received from an employment verification
