$16k for six month. Seasonal rental is available at the base of Okemo Mountain. This is our home and we open up the downstairs apartment for winter guests. Please note that no subletting or full-time rentals are available at this unit. Layout: full-size kitchen with eat-in counter. Small 3/4 bathroom off the side. Huge living room. The second lounge area connects to the primary bedroom one full bathroom and laundry in the basement. One bunk room with a twin and queen-size mattress. Fully furnished. Bedding not included utensils in kitchen stay. Tenants pay for electricity and heat (oil). The average cost of these services over the last five years = $1,500. It is unsuitable for several people; the maximum number of people it sleeps is six. We live on-site room for one car, possibly two, in the driveway. Landlord pays for snow removal.
